Steven came out & spent some time troubleshooting & JJ also lended his expertise. They solved my kitchen electrical problem. I�m happy to be able to use my microwave oven again. 2 months without was too long. Steven also did a couple of other things on my list. He was very pleasant & respectful. 5 ⭐️ 💫 ✨

Depending on the situation, they make every effort to arrive to solve the problem the same day I call.Having this high level of customer service in critical to keeping happy tenants. From the landlord point of view, I know when I receive service and the subsequent invoice it is always backed up by the highest level of integrity.The net says it was founded in 1960…..Great legacy for the founder!

I have used Cox for several years and on every call they take the time to do the job right. They are usually able to respond quickly to my needs. The most important thing to me is I trust their honesty. I used a couple of other business's and when they left I just didn't feel "informed"
