I had a power issue in my home. From the beginning A+ was professional in every way. The technician arrived at my home earlier then expected and was very professional and courteous and got the job done quickly. I would chose A+ again and would recommend them to friends and family as well.

$660.00 to replace 2 water supply lines on a water heater says it all. Royal RIP OFF!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWARE

I had a huge plumbing disaster at my house and A+ plumbing came out to take a look. They arrived as soon as they could and were able to avert my problem. I appreciate the good work.

I highly reccomend using this plumbing company. They were polite, gave me a fair price and were very reasonable!

This company says they use flat rate pricing flat rate my a..they charge $460.00 per hour and do shabby work.they charged my grandmother $7000.00 to replace 5 ceiling fans.Beware ask your friends and neighbors highly dishonest company!!!!

I have been a real estate agent in Thurston County for 20 years, when I need a plumbing,electrical service to get a house on the market or to pass inspection the first call I make is to A Plus They always fix the problem right the first time!

When digging out septic put dirt on a tarp so as not to spread onto grass, awesome! Jason was very good at explaining everything to me. He is a keeper.

Chris was very knowledgeable and took time to really resolve the problem.

Installed a bathroom fan for and rewired the bathroom outlets. Worker was pleasant and worked quickly. Highly recommend.

We had water coming out of the lights in the kitchen from upstairs.... they were out so fast and were able to fix the problem quickly. They were professional and very good about explaining what the problem was. Price was reasonable. Would use them again.

I used A Plus services for a plumbing repair. They were prompt, profressional, and charged exactly what they quoted up front. They did a perfact job and were in and out in a respectable time. They truely a A Plus Company. The rose at the end was also a nice touch. I will never call anyone else for repairs.

I had a busted line in my kitchen, and it was flowing like a river. I could not find anyone to help me; until I called A . They were courteous and said we will be there before noon! They called before he came out and he showed up right when they said. He came in and used special little booties and fixed the pipe for me. I loved that when he explained to me what had to be done; he said it in a way I could understand. I will use them again and again and will refer them to friends and family. I have never done anything like this but they provided the kind of service that we all deserve so I decided to take the time.

I called A Services in Lacey, WA at 360-491-1400 to have my mother-in-law's 3-year old hot water gas heater fixed. She is almost 80 years old and lives on a fixed income. We had the part to install on hand from lowe's needed to fix the water heater, ready to install. (In fact, a reputable repair technician from another shop later installed the part to complete the repair in just a few minutes for a minimum service call of $120.)The A Plus technician made many phone calls to his shop, then told my mother-in-law that it would cost $2,2000 to repair the heater (we could replace it with an identical Whirlpool from one at Lowe's for less than $700). A Plus charged her $42 and left, leaving the hot water heater disassembled.

We had our septic pumped 3 years ago (2 tanks) and had some recommendations made which would have costed another 300. Based on research, the recommendations the tech made, went against research. We just had our tank pumped yesterday and it was discovered that we have 3 tanks (not 2) so we had all three pumped. This guy said our system looked good even though our middle tank was caved in! My husband has now spoken to a few people and they have all said the same thing when we told them who pumped out tanks....OH NO!!! Now they want to come out again and charge us to evaluate the tank...wouldn't the person pumping the tank do the inspection then? We are screwed at this point and I'm just dissappointed at the service we've gotten and wish we would have gone with another company who does more than just pump and send you on your way. We may actually have to get a new tank and haven't even been able to shower or wash clothes...........Next time we will know better!

This was the worst experience I have had with any company. The plumber showed up 2 hours late with no phone call or apology, spent fifteen minutes looking at my icemaker(which what needed to be hooked up) and wrote an estimate for 5 times the going rate of icemaker installations. Then I had to pay him $42.98 for wasting my day. When I called to complain, Jennifer hung up on me. My husband called and asked for our money back and Jennifer said she would rip up the check. A few days later I checked my bank account and they had cashed my check. When I called to complain Portia said that they don't do refunds. That is not their policy and nobody would have told us they could. So she called us liars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Was expensive for a quality of work that I did not feel was worth the money I spent. I am all for paying more if it means I get better customer service and better service, but I did not feel in this situation that is the kind of service I received. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them.

A plus is what I would score them for sure! They were superior-on time, efficient and so nice too. He showed up when he said, did what he promised and charged what he quoted. I was very hapy with them and will use them again.
