Don't work here

The pluses: They'll hire most anyone without a recent criminal record.
The minuses: The reason they do so is their turnover is so high. High turnover generally indicates a bad place to work, and Xerox/ACS/Livebridge is no exception.
Training wasn't bad. Most of the trainers are competent and keep things interesting and fun. I learned quite a bit about the wireless industry and actually looked forward to getting on the floor and taking live calls.
Transition Bay, where they set you out to take live calls with extra floor support, wasn't bad either. Supervisors there were positive and supporting, readily available to deal with questions.
Regular floor experience: Within just a couple weeks, I was looking for a new job. No consistency, floor support was nowhere to be found, and the whole emphasis seemed to be flipping calls just as fast as you could get rid of the customer. Customers tended to be very high maintenance individuals whom frankly didn't belong behind the wheel of a smartphone. My three year old can manuver his way through apps better than some of these idiots. Then add in the ones trying to cheat the system, claiming things weren't in the contract that clearly were (I could see an e-copy of what they signed) and have them give you a bad review (which affected your pay) for pointing that out....well you get the picture. I walked out not only mid-shift, but middle of a phone call. It was the most liberating feeling I ever experienced!

Not a great place to work. They will offer you the world then change what "the world" actually means. Upper management is rarely present and lower level management sit on Facebook all day. Look for work somewhere else. This place is a last resort.

Literally the worst employer in Olympia/Lacey. Also the largest because they'll hire anyone. Only people who lie and cheat get ahead there, mandatory overtime all year, and they create new rules constantly to prevent you from doing your job, then penalize your pay for not doing your job because the new rules they created prevent it. Then they fire you for getting sick because the place is germ capital USA.

reasons to stay away

If you are desperate for work or is you're first job are the only reasons to ever work for acs! You will receive low pay, mandatory other, completely unorganized mngmnt and a system to use that locks up you're computer you are given to use at least twice on any day.Xerox may have a high rating with the bbb but you will not find ACS/livebridge even mentioned or accredited with them.in short and if you can help it,don't work here. Take that from a customer service Rep for at least 9yrs
