My wife and I decided to get rid of some of the jewelry we no longer wore, rings, necklaces and such. We have never done this before and was not looking forward to what might be involved. I went in the pawn shop while my wife waited in the car (she is not a negotiator). I met a man named Kevin inside and told him what I wanted to do and he was very helpful. I had checked the current price of gold online before I went in and I thought his offer was very fair. I watched as he checked all my items out and I was able to understand the process. I have not hesitation in doing business with them in the future ...thanks Kevin!

I love this place!!! Their prices r great and most of the employees r too! I love Marley she's a kick in the pants!!!! I have been going to this pawn shop for 20+ years and have NEVER had a problem.

Not the place to go. This place put a loan of mine in the wrong name, I had to prove the item was mine, when I went to reclaim it. Several minor clerical errors on a senior employees part cost me my wedding ring. Instead of trying to keep my 6 1/2 year relationship manager insisted she never made mistakes, even though I was in to correct a loan put in the incorrect name. I have done thousands in business with them and referred several people to them until the last 6 months. I also have had several items damaged. Including the stock on my shotgun severely dented. I wasnt going to argue since they were screaming at a customer on the phone that called and claimed her item had also been damaged. I have watched them fight and bicker behind the counter. Infront of me they were fighting about who put my loan in the wrong name and insisted I point the finger at some one. The worst part is they told me to prove it. So I did. Nice way to treat customers.

Prices are good if you negotiateStore is always busy with customers stacked up so they are blunt.Only one I found with a late renewal ability.

Was looking to sell an item and the "lady" in charge was incredibly rude. If you don't want something, fine, there is no need to get an attitude. Will not be going back.

been buying stuff from here for very long time use get really good deals now seems now u dont some time go there works really rude why but i dont buy lote satuff there no more like we use to because every cost so much like buying new from wallmart

I have been looking for places that cary vido gamie appral and is also a fitting place to take my son in and look at games ect. I was taken care of very quickly and with a friendly manner thank you for the great attatude I will be back

I have been and am a long time customer of C.Northwest. I am extremely happy with my experience with this company. I appreciate that as I continue to do business with them they are fair and great to deal with.

The person who "served" me was rude from the moment she saw me. First, she attempted to insert another customer in line ahead of me, someone who was obviously only browsing and not in line. I was attempting to sell a ring. She would not give me an estimate of what she would pay until I provided a yea or nay to her "ballpark figures." She said "$5? $100? $200? $300?," at which point I said "okay." Then she snorted derisively through her nose and said "I'd pay somewhere between zero and $50." She did not carefully examine the piece to determine what the metal was, nor did she ask me.
