Terrible business, received my pictures all ruined and they wanted to make it seem like it was my fault. They gave pictures that parents ordered to the coaches. We weren't even there that week, because of illness. They should have kept the pictures and call/email the parents that weren't there that day. They did not even state anywhere that they were going to give the pictures to the coaches. The parents names, phone numbers, emails, and addresses are on the order forms. They could reach us, they just chose not to. Our coach spilled something on our pictures and everything is stuck together like a wad of paper. They tried to blame the coach in the in end, but the coach shouldn't even have the pictures in the first place. They should have stated that on the order form or email, or word of mouth. I am just going to return the pictures and ask for a refund. The lady was offensive and unprofessional. I hope I get a refund back when I return the pictures.
