i've been eating here for a while. they have very good portions and they have all been the same size since the day i started eating there. also the sushi rolls have huge portions and not a whole lot of rice like other places that try to make you full. they do have rules though that you can't pick out the rice or if you have practically a whole roll left-over that you should pay for it, but that is more than fair, given the portions and that you get to take the roll home! yum yum!

I have eaten at Koibito Lacey many times and have always found the restaurant to be clean, friendly and serving delicious food. I'm not a sushi lover, but their other foods are great. And I can choose to visit with a dining partner or just go by myself and read while I eat.

This is a real quality place to eat. The food is fresh. The atmosphere is friendly. The sushi bar is comfortable and entertaining with good conversation. They have the best egg rolls I have ever had. The prices are also very reasonable for a sushi place and the portions are generous...for sushi.

DISAPPOINTING!!!!Please save yourself some $$$$ and go somewhere else! The quality of the food is good, but they think everyone is up to get them. They overcharged us for some left overs we had from the "All You Can Eat" deal. To make a statement we even returned some take out food we had already paid for. We had been there many times and ran pretty high tabs (what can I say I like my beer and my sushi). We always took care of the servers pretty good to. Can't believe I was treated like this!!!Shame on you Koibito!!!!

I have been to all the Koibito restuarants in the Oly/Lacey/tumwater area and this is by far the best!! It is a nice, new, clean place with a great atmosphere and the sushi chef is awesome! This is for sure my fav restuarant for the area :)

I love sushi! I have to have my fix at least twice a week!! Koibito of Lacey in Fred Meyer complex in Lacey is my favorite place. The resturant is very clean and Japanese atmophere. So far all the sushi that I tried are very fresh and delicious! My favorite is called (seex on the beach - 2 shrimp tempura w/ avocado & cucumber layered w/ spicy tuna, salmon & white tuna-- yum yum!!) My girlfriend is not a sushi eater however, she loves their teriyaki. She knows good teriyaki and she loves Koibito's teriyaki and all their wok dishes. I recommand it to all my friends!!

I think lacey koibito is best restaurant in washington area.there foods are really good and sushi are real fresh specially weekendthey usuing fresh fresh big eye tuna. um um i can wait to go back again.
