KPFF was established in Lacey in 2008. Our employees provide Civil Engineering, Land Use Planning/Development and Land Surveying to better provide service for our Southwest Washington clients, including State Agencies, Local Municipalities, Private Developers, Architects and Contractors. Participating as team members, we explore the broader issues involved in projects today. Our civil engineers offer comprehensive services including project management, site evaluation, master planning, design, utility coordination, and construction administration/management. Land survey department uses the latest in surveying techniques and perform topographic, ALTA, boundary surveys, right-of-way mapping, legal descriptions, and construction staking. This combination of creativity and integrated team participation leads to the high quality service that our clients have come to expect.
