Don't waste your time or money here! While the assistants are great, the "Dr" leaves a bit to be desired, although he seems to be a nice enough person he does sub par work! If you want teeth that fit correctly, that don't cause sores and pain and can actually be used to EAT with go somewhere else!!

The staff is very nice and my dentures look amazing. There is never a wait to get in either. I would definitely recommend Lacey Denture Clinic!

So lucky to have found such a neat office. A friend had told me to call Lacey Denture Clinic. They were prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. The office has charm and I always feel very comfortable there. I would highly recommend them!

If you are looking for a real Dentist , Run do not walk away from this place. I had them make a new set of dentures in June of 2014. I was told it would take over a week before I could pick them up., I returned and was told to leave them in . I tried to eat that evening , they hurt so bad I had to remove them. Over the next month I returned 5 times and they never got them to fit . well that cost me $1500 . I went to a Dentist in Puyallup to get them to fit , he could not belive none of the teeth met correctly. It cost me $300 but now they fit. Like I mentioned RUN DO NOt WALK from this place. They ask for a rating thay did not have any below 1

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my denture needs. I have heard that Lacey Denture Clinic is the best around, and I found out for myself that is the truth. I am actually happy to go to the dentist now! They have great doctors and friendly caring staff. I got the best fitting dentures there, and they look so natural. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Coming to Lacey Denture Clinic has been the best dental experience I've ever had. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the doctors are wonderful! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I took my bottom plate in to Lacey Denture Clinic for a reline at 9am 12/12/2012 and was told to come back at 3:30pm that after noon. When I returned they had them ready BUT they fit worse then they did with a 3 year old temporary lining they put in 3 years prior by the same tech, the tech told me that there was no way the teeth would fit tight and secure He argued to the point it was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!! , so i said to put the temp lining in and they did,...It fit real well THEY STILL CHARGED ME $325 . They said the permenant reline would be $375 but were running a Dec 2012 special and it would only be $325 the permanant reline did not work and still they charge me for a permenant reline. FIND SOMEONE ELSE To help you with you denture, Or Expect to be DISSAPOINTED!!! YOUR CHOICE.

The employees of this place could use some training in customer service/comfort. They could care less if I'm in pain or not. When I call or go in they act as though I'm a bother. It's been 3 1/2 months and I still have swelling and sores. It hurts to bite or chew but they don't care.



Stay away from these people.

They were very nice .. but then I was told I had to pay $95 for my x-rays, which are paid at 100% by my insurance (which they are contracted with) .. my insurance has since paid them .. I was told that they would send me a check, but, no, I've received another bill for the x-rays which now have been paid for twice ...

The dentures made by the Lacey Denture Clinic are appauling. They don't fit in my mouth, I can't speak, can't eat, and can't even smile with them in. I have gotten a second opinion and my new denturist commented that the dentures I had from the Lacy Denture Clinic were the worst fitting he had ever seen. Be warned...

be warned...their "garantee" to "beat any written estimate by 5%" seems to be only at their discretion. I brought in a written est. $2000 lower than theirs and it was denied.

I really liked the dentist and my dentures fit great
