I woke up this morning with an abscess tooth and no dental insurance. I knew I had to get to a dentist or an urgent care ASAP! I called two dentists and they said it would run me over $100 for an x-ray and exam. With having been out of work for a couple weeks due to knee surgery money was tight and I couldn’t afford the hundred dollars. So I was on my way to urgent care and saw the sign for Lacy modern dentistry. I thought I should check there all they can do is tell me no. So walk to the doors until in my situation and the lady at the front desk who is very nice told me about the new patient promotion they were having which is free x-ray in free examination. Which is exactly up my alley being broke and no dental insurance. The Dennis wrote me a prescription for anabiotic’s after she saw my x-ray and examined me and I was out the door and I don’t owe them any money. Thank you sweet baby Jesus for showing me the way and I’m not a particularly religious person. I would highly recommend anybody to them they saved me tons of time. P.S. Two hours later antibiotics in hand I was home....oh, $5 for the script!

Very unprofessional front office staff and providers. I came in to the office because one tooth had me in pain. They talked me into a full mouth consultation under the guise of making a long term plan. During the consult, the dentist spoke fast and rushed through my treatment options, sent me home for the weekend in intense and excruciating pain because she did not want to wait for my blood pressure to go down. She then had me come in at 8am Monday for another consult with another provider only to schedule me out one or two months, even after the provider indicated he wanted to start, since I did not have $13000 to start my long term treatment plan. This place is all about sales and money and patient care is the lowest priority and is not a medical office that I would ever recommend to anybody. I have worked in the medical field for years and cannot comprehend ever sending a patient home in pain not once but twice. Do not waste your time as they wasted mine. Now I have to start all over with a new dentist to get my single tooth repaired or removed. Completely disgusted with everything about this office and the unkind office staff.
