I have purchased two sewing machines from them, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to sew, learn, and buy a great sewing machine or serger.

Christina and Mike are helpful, and answer questions cheerfully.

If you need a sewing or embroidery machine serviced, or anything else, DO NOT use Pfaff Creative Sewing Center in Lacey.



There is a much longer story to this about how I got my machine back in worse condition than it was in when I dropped it off, but I am limited to 1000 characters in this message.



This morning I was called and yelled at to come get my embroidery machine, he was tired of dealing with it, that a refund would be issued, that I was an idiot for not bringing cloth in the first time, and that I needed to go elsewhere.



Some of the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced from a business of this nature. I will never again recommend them or use their services. They are highly unorganized and have terrible communication between their own employees.

My singer Athena was acting up and Singer technical support was unable to help me, so I brought it in. I was pleasantly surprised when my machine and tension sensor was fixed in about 10 minutes. Due to the simple fix it was so inexpensive and I got a great sale on needles. I will definitely be returning.
