I went to this store to mail a package to Canada. The store owner/manager was who helped me ship my package. He informed me that it would take 3 to 5 days for my package to arrive shipped via usps. When he mailed my package at the post office he shipped it 6-10 days shipping. My package will not be received in time due to his misdirection and negligence during this process. I called the store owner and spoke to him about the issue and wanted his help to see when the package would arrive at its destination. He did get back to me with international shipping information. I then call usps to find out more about the package. It will not be arriving for 6-10 days. I then called and complained to the ups store customer service because I was upset with this issue. The store manager called me after ups customer service let him know more about the issue. He left me a message challenging me to come in and try and get a refund from his store and then stated he would like me never to come into his store again. I will never use this store again and I strongly recommend that other use services else where.
