NEVER AGAIN! I had a back injury that resulted in severe pain and lack of mobility. I had to go get permanent disability placards. I went inside, waited for the man, then a phone call.

As I'm waiting , a lady walks in, straight to counter. She gets off the phone & starts helping the lady. She just needs to pick up tabs. But nope.She can't find her name. So then they have to do a search. So then, it's "Well the tabs are expired; the car has to be registered before you can do tabs." & then she actually starts asking her info.

It was time-consuming, completely void of any type of actual courtesy or customer service, and absolutely inconsiderate. So I called her out on it.

She refused to even acknowledge she was in the wrong. She refused to take any responsibility for her own poor behavior and lack of customer service skills. She refused to tell me her name.
I was barely able to move, was clearly walking with a limp and a physical impairment. Never again.
