I am ecstatic about this salon! I love, love, love! Merry is a great stylist, she did an awesome job on my hair! The atmosphere is nice and bright, the management is on site which is nice, actually helping the stylists mixing color, grabbing towels whatever they needed help with. I just thought that was awesome, you don't EVER see that in salons. At least I have not. I would give this salon more stars if I could!

So I never do reviews but I felt this salon and my stylist deserved it! I was referred here by a friend and so glad I was. I called last minute, knowing I was taking a chance, and yes they were booked. HOWEVER I was not turned away. The owner and the stylist both agreed to stay late so I could get in! Mind you it was not just for a fast haircut. I needed color and I needed it bad. They stayed an additional 3 hours past closing for me! I am so appreciative. Not only did my hair turn out beautiful, I was treated with such kindness by both the owner and my stylist Mary. I had tried another salon and was laughed at for not making an appointment on a Friday night. My friend was right. I will be back!! Thank you again XSALONCE!

So happy I found this gem! I got in last minute as I had a hair emergency! They worked me in, and took care of the mess I was left from another local salon. These girls are amazing at XSalonce. Having to correct a horrible color and cut, that someone else did, I have to say was amazing. I left xsalonce looking better than what I had wanted initially. I will never again shop for cheaper. You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to hair. ..Thank you XSalonce!!

Loved my new color!!

I am so happy!.. I was concerned when I heard my stylist left, but as in the past the owner has always made good judgement calls when it comes to her stylists. In fact I prefer my new stylist Merry to the old one. She LISTENS!!! So important! I love my color and my new cut. Thank you XSalonce.

I have to say I used to see another stylist who is no longer here. I was disappointed, however decided to trust the owners judgment. I gave Merry who replaced my other stylist, and I have to say I am ecstatic!! I love her more!! She is awesome. I felt comfortable from the moment I sat in her chair. You have to try Merry..

My experience at XSalone was exceptionally satisfactory. I am from Texas and was searching for a quality salon here in Washington and I HAVE FOUND IT. My daughter-in-law had some highlights done but was not totally happy however Dana and Katy happily did the highlights again and my daughter-in-law is estatic. We are both very happy customers. Great atmosphere, quality customer service and great work.

Yes I'm a guy who likes a good cut. I drive a long distance to get my hair cut at this salon. Any stylist I get does a great job. I don't mind paying a little more to get a great cut. The scalp massage tops it all!

Just wanted to take a minute and thank Jackie for being my stylist for the last 2 1/2 years! I still love my hair everytime I leave and she always succeeds in giving me something new and fresh. Thanks Jackie!! Love ya!

After having my hair completely butchered by another local salon that had supposed good reviews a friend referred me to Jackie at Xsalonce. I am so glad I gave her a try. She is absolutely amazing and talented! I have never ever smiled about a cut and color for this long!!!!!! I am counting down the days til my next appt!!!!

I am ecstatic that I found XSalonce and my new stylist Breanne. Coming from New York I am used to frequenting upscale, expensive salons. Though XSalonce is slighly higher priced than other local salons, you definately get what you pay for. I got exactly what I wanted, and felt great in the atmosphere XSalonce provides.

I've always had issues with my hair breaking and splitting and refusing to stay in a style, so I'm hesitant to spend much getting it done. I'm graduating this weekend so I took a chance and went here. Jeni decided exactly what I needed to boost my hair's health and she did a beautiful job. My hair looks better than it ever has before, and I'll definitely be coming back. She also did a great job on my eyebrows, they look graceful and feminine without being overdone. She's got a great eye for what will and won't work on a person.

This salon is a total pick me up. Happy,yet professional atmoshere. Came in for a color correction. Had very dark black hair color on my hair that I began feeling dreary. I received the most beautiful blonde hair color when I was finished! I was so impressed. It took about 4 hours and was expensive, but my hair is in great condition and a beautiful blonde color at that! I am totally sold on XSalonce! Their color experts are exactly that! You totally get what you pay for!

In an unusually depressed mood, and miserable with myself I decided it was time to do something. For the first time I went into Xsalonce after getting coffee next door. My initial impression with the décor of the salon is “stylist chic”. The stylists that work there are sooo friendly! My state of mind was immediately changing. After my hair color, (Haley gave me exact color that I was thinking about) and the eyebrow waxing I felt like a new person, and with much higher self esteem. THANK YOU XSALONCE!

Hey all it's Sally the mystery salon critic again. If you've heard about me you will know I travel the states critiquing salons. My stop this month was in Lacey WA, at XSalonce Salon. I have read the reviews placed by customers and decided I would make my own judgement. I have to say the reviews are accurate. My stylist took charge from minute one to the end. She was extremely confident in her abilities which made me feel at ease. The overall outcome was absolutely beautiful. The color...exactly what I asked for as well as the cut. I have to say this is one of my favorite salons! Overall elegance, a great experience..Sally

The name, "XSALONCE" caught my attention when I first came to the area almost a year ago, so I called. Jamie was my stylist then and she did a fabulous job! She then moved away, and I was hesitant to rebuild that trust all over with someone new. However, Jackie has done a Superior job at not only befriending me, but keeping my hair looking wonderful! Before coming to WA, my cousin did my hair, and I was picky (still am) about how I wanted it, and who touched it (color/cut wise). I do not have those concerns when Jackie is styling my hair! I know she is going to Always give me exactly what I want, and be brilliant at it!
