My grandchildren unfortunately have to attend this daycare. My daughter has had several issues with the sub par practices of this establishment. They allowed someone to come into the daycare and remove my grandchildren without checking identification and without verifying that she was on the contact list. Fortunately she was authorized by my daughter to pick up the kids but that was never verified.

My grandson has had rashes because they put him back in a pull-up even though he is potty trained and they also do not keep him clean when he goes to the bathroom.

My granddaughter who is not even 2 was recently the victim of inappropriate touching by one of the staff at the daycare and they protect the perpetrator, refuse to let my daughter see the tape or have a mediation and then their recommendation is to retrain the perpetrator, while she still has access to my granddaughter.

It's a disgrace that the people who serve this country, like my daughter and son-in-law are subjected to this kind of stress and have to worry about the safety of their children at a daycare provided on a military base.
