The Boylston Highway Dept is again dumping dirt in excess on our roads. It is understood they have a large volume that has not been used to date and they are dumping it. However, this is extremely excessive, causing damage to property and environment and becoming dangerous! It has created a slick muddy film that has caused me to slide twice so far, not the snow but the mud slick left behind! Even walking on it with no snow! What will happen when I run into the monstrous Maple tree 10 feet from the road because of the mud? This is impacting the TugHill beauty, recreational activity and safety of our citizens and tourists.
