Really nice doing business with Meineke in Laconia. When i get my next BMW, I will definitely be returning. Meineke Laconia was very helpful and I have stopped by a few times after for a tire check and they were just as helpful.

Had a bad flat. Called two places and they said I would have to wait an hour and a half. I'll go elsewhere. Then I found Meineke in Laconia. Meineke Laconia had me in and out before I knew it and I was on the road again listening to the Willie Nelson song "On The Road Again." Great service!

I am very picky about my vehicles, one of which is a rare sports car, so I usually avoid quick lubes but this place is different. Meineke in Laconia keeps the shop in pristine clean condition and was very accommodating of my desire to use my own oil which I brought (again, I am different than most, they have plenty of oil options for people that just want what their manufacturer specifies).



The prices were reasonable, the crew was knowledgeable and friendly, and the job was done right. I will be coming back!

We bring all our cars here. They are honest and won't make up some problem just to charge you more money. It is hard to find an honest auto mechanic these days.

Great air conditioning repair service. I contacted them and I was in and out in a couple hours. I was really amazed by the performance. Good service.

Great people and great service. I had a rounded out drain plug that I couldn't remove and they have specialty power tools that took it right out. Fair and honest prices. Great customer service.

Came to this spot to change my breaks after my official Lexus dealer service center quoted me a crazy high price. Lexus said I needed front and back breaks changed, and that they will do it for me for 300 each, front and back, thus totaling 600. I said no thanks, and came to this place. The owner is really nice and friendly. They inspected my breaks for free and said that they can do the whole job for considerably cheaper. I was in disbelief how cheap it was. Not only was the price incredible, but they did it very quick, about 30 minutes, and they job was done perfectly. Will be coming back to this place again.

Called 6-7 different tire shops, visited 3, found all to be busy, so busy as to be scary. This shop was easily best in service over the phone and in person. They had a crazy number of techs there to help. Price for tires and service was also the lowest.



Service was completed before promised time and they called to let me know. No surprises, would recommend.

This is a very efficient honest operation-been going there for 4 years and have always been satisfied-recently had one problem and they resolved it completely and without charge.

I took my car in to get an alignment. They were very nice and professional, especially the owner. They told me the price and the approximate wait in a timely and courteous manner and I literally sat in their seats charging my phone and doing my homework until they were done. I also had a lot of questions for the manager about automobile info in general and he politely answered all my questions. He is a very competent man! The whole staff was very considerate and I enjoyed my morning. I was in and out.

Had my front brake pads and rotors changed on my '08 Honda Civic Si, quick service and very professional! The guy behind the counter gave me a price and time estimate and was very polite. 15/10 would go back! Actually, I plan to go back next month to get me rear brakes and rotors changed.

My Suzuki XL7 A/C went out last week and even though my boyfriend is an ASE Certified Master Technician, simply adding Freon and making sure the Compressor was kicking on didn't help it at all. Since we don't own or have access to the necessary equipment to troubleshoot more, we didn't have much choice but to take it to a shop. I found a coupon for half off a thorough A/C Service, but it had JUST expired! I couldn't purchase it. So I called the Shop and talked to 2 really helpful men who both agreed they'd honor the coupon as long as I pay the store directly. No Problem!! They were able to schedule me in the same day. I was so glad! I had my boyfriend take the car down there that day and he waited for it, no longer than the predicted time they told me it would take (about an hour). My honey was really happy with their professionalism and the service, and that they were able to discuss the issues that were happening with the SUV. And best of all... they fixed it!! The A/C blows COLD again. And I really did get a great deal. We'll continue going back to this shop for things that we don't have the equipment to fix ourselves.
