This has been our worst experience buying furniture. There was a backorder on the fabric for our new sofa bed after we purchased it, which made it unusable for our guest. When the sofa finally did arrive, we took one look at it and saw it was in unacceptable condition. The cushions didn't even fit the sofa, they were noticeably thinner than what we saw in the showroom and the edges were wrinkled and sewn unevenly. The fabric was coming apart on two cushions.



After several phone calls, a salesperson came to look at it and agreed it was unacceptable. We were told all new cushions were ordered. After many weeks, the cushions came, but they weren't assembled - we just got the fabric casings. The idea that we were expected to put the cushions together seems crazy to me. After spending $6k in the store, we thought we'd get much, much better customer service. Once they get the sale. they just don't seem to care about their customers.



We asked to return the sofa and they refused us this.
