Was putting off refinancing for awhile but finally decided to do something with rates as low as the are. I got in contact with Greg Krol at Ladera Lending and he got my refinance done very quickly and without a lot of paperwork. I ended up saving $450/mo and got to skip a payment. So happy I found these guys and finally decided to refinance.

My experience with Ladera Lending was truly a joy. David Taylor was the "lucky" one to handle my refinance. I took a chance with David and Ladera Lending after I received numerous amount of junk mail with unbelievable offers. I accepted an offer just to satisfy my curiosity and lo and behold there would not be any benefit for me to refinance at that time. I knew this, but wanted to check it out anyway. Many months past when I received a postcard from David Taylor with Lader Lending, Inc. "Why now try again?" I thought to myself. So, I contacted David and went through a very easy question/answer period with him. He told me he would check out my information and get back to me. Again, I thought, it would be a week or two before I get a call from this guy. David called me the next day with news that he could help me and save some money in the process. As we talked futher, David made me feel like I knew him for years and he was helping out a friend. Friendly, honest,and prompt are just a few good things I could say about how David and I worked together. If I say more, no one would believe this experience was real. Believe me, my past dealings with refinances have been just that. One delay after another. Resubmitting forms that was left on someone's desk or misplaced, etc, etc, etc. There was only two minor road blocks that would have delay my loan funding, but David was right on top of the situation notifying me right away and removed the problems before it turned into a disaster. Throughout this process, David kept me well informed through emails and phone calls of the status my loan was going through until if funded a few days ago. This kind of experience was truly an easy process to go through and rare. I would do business with David Taylor again so he can do his magic to help me out with any business deals I give him. Thank you David. I appreciated all the work you did for me.

I responded to a postcard mailed to me by Ladera Lending, and spoke to David Taylor. From the start David was very helpful. He even met us at our home to go over everything and explain all the refinance options available to us. He kept us informed throughout the whole process. David is very professional and seemed like he truly cared about our situation and helping us make the best decision. We would definitely use David's services again and highly recommend him and his team at Ladera Lending, they are a pleasure to work with.
