This shop is not a motorcycle shop. They may be good at dirtbikes and ATVs but please do not bring your motorcycle, ANY kind, to them for repairs. The shop took in my Triumph and told us that they were PTK carburator EXPERTS. They then brought someone in who didn't work at the shop and kept the motorcycle for 6 weeks. After riding the motorcycle to the shop, it had to be trailered back home. It would spit and sputter over 30mph. We brought it back to the shop, and things were even worse when we picked it up a week and a half later. They refunded $100 out of the $340 we paid. They switched out parts we didn't want them to, and generally worsened the condition of the bike. If Cycleworks tells you they are experts in something, be prepared for your bike to be a learning tool for them.
