Horrible experience. We explained that some things on our credit report were still being disputed and fixed with a credit consulting company and that the score wasn't what we wanted yet then they tell us about an awesome home that only requires a 580 score and the income will be the major factor in the end. Then after waiting a week I call to ask an update since they pulled our credit to see about financing and the guy sounds like he hadn't even done any work at all. Another week passes so I call again and say look I don't want a call a month from now telling me we can't get that home and I explained I don't have a lot of time to search. Then I finally get a call two hours later saying his credit didn't have enough history to do financing. Why the heck would u tell us that u only need a 580 score and the income will pretty much be the major decidecided in factor if u tell me now that the credit standing is keeping me from getting it. I already told u we still had some work left on that before u made it sound like we had a chance at the house. Please people find a company that actually wants to take time with u and are not just eager to get u in and out. Had c they taken their time and explained what was needed we would have ultimately been great customers. Now we're talking with clayton homes and Kurt is awesome. He told us just what to do and never rushed us at any point in time.

We bought a 4bedroom double wide from these people. We have had so many problems and they say it's under warranty? Yeah the little cheap things.we have had it for maybe 6months and roof is now leaking everywhere! These people only want ur money.I thought about standing across the street from them holding a sign saying rip off don't buy there.please go somewhere else.Crews family of islandton

I have purchashed 2 mobile homes from this company so far and I am pleased with the product I have recieved. The salesperson ( Chris ) has been very helpful. The step and skirting company they use A-1 is second to none in my book. Satisfied

One word! CAUTION! The business appears on the face to be a class operation. They are not. They are nothing more than in the rental business....slum lords. A high school kid could do the 'repairs' as well as who ever they have. The cleaning person makes fancy patterns in the carpet and sprays to cover up offensive odors (rat, roach poop, and whatever else comes to mind). Stay away from this business and they also do business out of an office on Rivers Ave, North Charleston.
