So very sad! CUSTOMER SERVICE DROPPED DRASTICALLY AND BRINGING KIM BACK DIDN'T RESOLVE THE PROBLEM ����! Started using them almost twenty years ago when working in downtown Charleston. Had water delivered to our office. Have it delivered to our home now sometimes seven 5gallon a month and also have them delivering to where I work now. Have been faithful and loyal for years. BUT started having deliveries missed, then being charged for more bottles than we put out and now charged more per bottle than our contract - with no notice given! When I called after all the years we've paid right on time and getting lots of water, I was treated very disrespectfully and then heard Kim saying something so rude to the receptionist when she thought I couldn't hear / was muted but could hear. Having to cancel them at home and will at work too when contact ends in a few months. So disappointing!

I don't know what is going on with Le Bleu but their service is now non-existent. The last few months we have had to make multiple calls for service. It takes them over a week to get back to us. They used to be awesome but no longer are.
