N and M Homes has made the home buying process so stressful for me a total nightmare. Once the check clears on the down payment the customer service is trash. The general manager MICHAEL CROFT literally yelled and screamed at me on the phone because the water line under a sink wasn't crimped properly from the factory and flooded my new unoccupied home a month after water was connected to it. Then MICHAEL CROFT called my alternate contact and said let her know we're still "family". The level of unprofessionalism after closing is unbelievable. My house was delivered 2 months ago and they still have not finished the work that they knew needed to be done since the first walk through. Their Motto is "Nobody cares more" but should really be "WE COULD CARE LESS"! THEY ARE NOT FIRST TIME HOME BUYER FRIENDLY. The houses are beautiful but save yourself the headache and tears this is a business that really does not care about people.
