I was very impressed with Ruth Ann Byrd Key, LE.CME.
Previously I had used an electrologist in NY and Ruth Ann is as good or better. I have had no regrowth of hair she has removed, She follows the same procedures prior to removing the hair as was in NY. She cleaned my face with witch hazel, then applied Arnica and Aloe lotion before removing the hair.
When she removed the hairs on my upper lip she applied lidocaine to decrease the sting I would feel. Then when she completed working on my upper lip she closed with LED lights to calm the skin and reapplied Arnica and Aloe lotion.
In NY I never had lidocaine applied to my upper lip, and this made a major difference in my comfort level. The same with the LED lights.
I wish they did this in NY when I saw the electrologist there, as it decreased my level of discomfort.
I am extremely happy with Ruth Ann for her level of professionalism and maintaining and using the state of the arts procedures when removing unwanted hair.

Ruth Ann took the time to carefully study my skin, and determine a regiment that is best suited for me. My daughters comment on the improved of my complexion. Daughters can always be counted on to tell the truth!
