Employees DID NOT wash hands!!!!!

Sunday, Aug. 3rd my husband and I went to this Arby's for late dinner. As we pulled around the back of the restaurant to park we observed 2 employees, 1 male and 1 female and both in their late teens, smoking a cigarette. We parked and went in to the restaurant. They also came into the restaurant, thru another door. BOTH entered the workers area and NEVER washed their hands, the girl even sstepped to the counter and asked what could she get me? When I commented on them not washing their hands, they did go to wash them...It was then that I was approached by the shift mgr, who treated me so condesendingly that I could only stand and stare at him, in utter disbelief. The man asked if I wanted him to fire them? I said no, just teach proper handwashing techniques. I found the attitude and behavior of the mgr. unbelievable and I have to wonder what the Florida Board of Health would say to this? Is it any wonder that people get sick from restaurants???
