On time delivery. Easy to navigate the store. Lots of variety to choose from and inviting sales associates.

Great place to shop and friendly staff. The selection was outstanding. Delivery was done within 2 days and everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this company

Don't buy from City Furniture as they will not stand behind their furniture. I bought a table and chairs and the chairs broke twice within the first week and the table is so unstable that we are afraid to use it. Called City Furniture 3 days after we got the delivery (which we paid for) and their customer service was very rude and all but impossible to communicate with. They would not take the furniture back and refund my money. After several calls they finally made me their "best offer" of a 25% restocking fee and use the credit to pick something else out. Too bad The Villages is using City Furniture as their go to dealer.

Strongly do not recommend buying here the furniture is used and poorly manufactured. Had to return several times would not give my money back. Furniture appears be second hand and when its delivered they try to get you to accept by giving you a 150 dollar credit. LMAO
