THIS IS THE ONLY SALON MY FAMILY OR MYSELF WILL EVER COME TO AGAIN! I HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS WHEN IT COMES TO CHOOSING A HAIR SALON & STYLIST! BECAUSE OF THIS, IVE PAID AS MUCH AS $400 FOR THE SAME SERVICES (CUT, COLOR & HIGHLIGHTS) AT OTHER SALONS. BUT BETWEEN THE RELIEF OF SUCH EXTREMELY REASONABLE PRICES, UPDATED POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE, AWESOMELY SKILLED STAFF, PLUS THEIR STRICT ADHERENCE TO COVID GUIDELINES ...WHY WOULD I GO ANYWHERE ELSE? 📢 SHOUT OUT TO MY NEW STYLIST, JACKIE , THANK YOU FOR BEING SO PATIENT WITH ME. YOU MADE MY EXPERIENCE VERY ENJOYABLE AND RELAXING. YOU EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! THANK YOU LADY LAKE FANTASTIC SAMS SEE YOU AGAIN SOON!

Don't go for a perm! They are so rushed to the point where they leave the lotion on too long and never check the curl. You are left with several places burnt at the roots with loss of hair. If you call, you are told to return...ha ha ha...you are wasting your time. You are then told to put it in writing and you might get a couple of free hair cuts. The manager, Angelina, is a waste of space when it comes to customer service and a real joke. Save your time, money and hair...go somewhere else.

Awesome salon!! Angeline is a fantastic cosmetologist and knows her products!! I had to get a bunch of old blue/green hair color out of my hair and was worried about how short I would have to go. I haven't been this happy with my hair in a few years because of the style she created & the product she recommended. Highly recommend!

I love this place. It's easy to get an appt and my stylist is really, really good.

DO NOT GO HERE. My boyfriend has now twice gotten a rushed, unfinished hair cut. He gets a #3 all over and each time he has uneven lines all around, little hairs sticking out all over that they didn't get, and it looks like a 7 year old cut his hair. I was hoping the first time was just a busy stylist, but now that its happened twice, its obviously a lack of stylist quality in this salon.
