Provided by YP.comOver the past year we haven't had a wait that was less than an hour and once was even over 2 hours past our appointment time when we finally saw someone. Today we had the second appointment of the day at 7:45 and at 8:15 when we left we still hadn't gotten to see the doctor. When I complain about the time to the office staff they just blow it off like its something that should be expected. I won't be going back to see Heart of the Villages.
