They are expensive and I had to give my dog a flea bath when I picked her up. We were due to pick up the dog at 6:00 pm. We landed at Tampa at 4:30 pm. I called and told them that we were on the way to get the dog and that due to traffic, it will be close to 6. I got to the kennel at 6:10 and they charged me for an extra day.

Doug, sorry for your experience. these are good people that run this pet care facility and on Sundays there are part time employees. you know how that goes. give them another try. you won't be disappointed.

we made a reservation for our dog on Sunday we were told after 11:30, we brought him there at 12:15 no one there we called and an irate. person said we were late and he had to pay some one. and was not happy We was under the impression. some one would be there all day
