There was only one staff member i seen every time I went the rest were always new. I was there before for a crown he said " I need this I need that." well I went back and said it's close to the one but it is not. That old man couldn't hear. worked on the wrong tooth nicked a perfect tooth by accident. he comes in the room and with a stiff upper lip says i'll take 5% off....... Wahoo . he is making a 80 % mark up then it sticks out the one i needed done STICKS out. i couldn't off work, PEOPLE I used to have even teeth all the way around mind u not perfect but EVEN!!!! I do tell every one but I also hear what I've seen shaky hands ....Sorry Michael time to give it up stop being greedy.

Incorrectly placed a cap on my tooth. Will cost me over 1000 dollars to have a different dentist repair the damage.

Needed my front partial permanently replaced. They got me in, took care of all my dental problems and they was not happy until the permanent they gave me was perfect. Made their vendors work to get me finished timely. Kaylee is wonderful and listened to what I wanted. Dr. Mike just needs to push the needle a little slower but he was gentle and I did not feel a thing when they pulled my tooth and filled teeth. They have a nice sense of humor and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
