if the nurses and cna staff could stay off their cell phones, maybe my mom would have not fallen, not had to soil herself waiting for help to the bathroom, and have a better outlook on getting better. They need to have cell phones banned from the staff while on duty. Every time I visit, the female staff especially are sitting on their phones texting instead of caring for the patients.
