We were attempting to have a ceiling fan installed in our kitchen when the installer from Pike's Electric noted that the ceiling drywall was pulling away from the stud as a result of a lack of dry wall screws being properly installed. We contacted the Warranty Department and they referred us to the installer Trask. Sure the house is 4 years old, but do you expect the drywall to begin to separate and cause as dip in the ceiling. The rep just arrived and informed us that this would be a full pay for service job. ARE YOU KIDDING? He followed to comment on the house that was two years old that he just visited where there was a crack the length of the ceiling. Great workmanship!! Do not ever bring these folks into your home if you want a job done right in the first place and then corrected!!@
