We have been trying to get repairs done to our lanai for over three months. All we get from management is "we're working on it"! That is not cutting it. We have windows that are hard to open and ones that don't close. Our door is masking taped shut because of the gaps. Apparently, the land it was built on was not properly prepared and now our lanai is sinking and has pulled away from the home. I would not recommend Sun Homes/Water Oak to anyone!

Don't waste your money!!! Need to hire a new groundskeeper. First time I've seen weeds growing on the greens.

Worst golf course I have ever seen. And I've been playing golf for 45 yrs. This is a golf course community, they charge $3000 a year, family rate, to be a member of this "cow pasture". It appears they haven't a clue on how to maintain a golf course. Very sad! Very sad for the water oak community.

The greens were awful, hardly any grass on some and the fairways were overgrown..the layout is a mess and needs proper signage, tees crossed other fairways and altogether, at $12 a round, it was $10 too much, I would not return
