Every time I go in they help. For example, I went in having some problems with my toilet. I am a woman and they explained to me how I could fix that myself and sold me what I needed. I did manage that repair to my husband's amazement. Every time I go in I am amazed at the value they bring with the questions I have. I am buying a Cub Cadet UTV and Kevin is helping me. He has been wonderful to work with also.

not so great, purchased a crossbow for 500.00 and it was assembled incorrectly to the point of falling apart and being dangerous because cust service stripped bolts and then was mislead about the speed of bow which i found out when i got home and read manual. hopefully no issues when i go to return it today
