ZERO STARS! I could not be more furious. I sent my daughter for a Brazilian Blowout for $250 plus $70 for product. I asked her in advance of the treatment if the process did not take, would she redo it at no cost and she said "yes". Well, after one washing it is frizzy and it is very wavy and this is not what any of the pictures she sent me from the Brazilian Blowout website looked like. She has completely backed down on our agreement and cares nothing about me being satisfied as a customer. I would absolutely never go to her again. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else to have this done. I have had a Brazillian Blowout done on my hair in SF 3 different times and the result was 1000 times better. If you are going to spend this much money, go to someone that actually guarantees their work like Tina at Tribez who charges the same exact price.
