I went to Pure Center because I didn't want to go to a 'regular' doctor. I wanted to check out Homeopathic medicine instead. I went to see Dee Warner, as she is the only one that can write prescriptions. I also decided to get some blood work done to check out my hormonal balance because I am in Menopause. I was told that the results would be back in a week. They wanted to make an appointment for the following week, but I didn't know what my schedule was, so I asked them to call me when the came in and I would make my appointment at that time. I waited for that call for 4 weeks. Never came! So, I called them. They said that I would have to do a phone consult and we set that up for 12:30 pm that day. I waited for 25 mins for that call....we talked for 10 mins and I thought that was the end of that...until I received a bill for $30. I then sent an email protesting the bill to which I received the lengthy response from Wendy (office manager) explaining how they do things including charging patients for said results. I then sent another email simply asking if I would have made that appointment, would I have still been charged? I got another email from Wendy, that seemed to be written with annoyance. (best way I can describe it) This email stated that they always charge to give a patient their test results. I find this an unacceptable practice, as I never was told that I would have to pay to get the results of tests that cost me nearly $200. I HAVE NEVER PAID TO RECEIVE RESULTS OF ANY TEST!

I was really looking forward to expanding my visits there to include...massage with Stephanie....Chiropractic and other services they offered. That is not going to happen now, as I will NEVER go back there. Again, I am on the search for new caregivers!
