Going with your HSP (Home Service Program)

You spared me

First off, I cannot thank you enough for helping me out last night. You spared me not only a cold night, but also a lot of concern over freezing pipes, what with those low temps and gusty winds. Originally, I was told I was fourth in line, but in a surprisingly short amount of time one of your servicemen was at my door. I understand that you called Bob out special, and I appreciate that.



Then Bob showed up and my concern shifted to his finding the problem and fixing it. He lifted my hopes when he said he thinks he "can fix it with a part from the truck;" then lowered thrm when he said "if the Universal part will work". Well, alleluia, he surfaced from the basement maybe 10-15 mintues later and announced that it was working. I was glad to be relieved from a cold night of concern from the pipes.

NO HOT WATER

On Sat, August 1, we had NO HOT WATER! We had another company scheduled to come out who told us they would be arriving "soon". I wasted a LOT of time on the phone with their "service" staff. Finally I called Aksarben. Dan stopped out twice and saved our day! THANKS for the excellent "off hour" service! We will contact you when we are ready to replace our 5 year old water heater.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Jake for the excellent service I received from him last night (7-6-09) when my AC went out. A daughter taking over where dad left off

I am writing in regard to service technician, Tim P. Tim came to my parents home on this date to do a spring check up on the A/C and install the new media filter for our furnace. Now, that Dad is gone and I am helping Mom, I am one that will ask questions to try and understand a little about how something works. From the minute Tim stepped out of his truck with a pleasant smile and hello I felt like I was in good hands. He did not mind me watching and answered all my questions simply and politely. I never once felt like I was bothering him. He was able to continue his work during this whole time. This is not something I will make a habit of, but at least now, thanks to Tim I have a better understanding of how it works, how to keep it clean, how to put in a new filter, etc. He is neat and tidy and I can even read his ticket! He explained the ticket to mom briefly since I already witnessed first hand exactly what had been done. I will definitely request Tim again as Mom and I continue with a Preventative Program of check ups to make sure the unit run efficiently for as long as possible!! Thank you for providing us with someone like Tim who truly takes pride in his work and cares about giving good customer service.

Saves Lives!

Just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful job Dave Smith did at me home last night! It was an overtime call for a gas leak reapair!! He was a perfect gentelman and I really appreciated him coming out so late to help me. I woke up this morning and cannot smell and gas in my basement. I just wanted everyone to know how impressed I was with the service he provided.

A letter to the Boss

I am writing this letter to let you know what a nice and polite man Doug is. He explained everything to me about my plumbing problem's and came BACK to my home when I was still having trouble with the bathroom sink. We thought it was the toilet. They weathered the storm

Scott and Joe did a great job. It was raining and cold and just and overall tough day for an install. But they both were very positive! My wife loves the new heat pump and especially the new digital thermostat control.
