These guys are slumlords. They don’t care about their tenants. They don’t care for their properties. They allow trash and broken glass to litter their properties. They rent to drug dealers and pedophiles. Save yourself the headaches and the money.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS. you will find yourself paying utility bill to heat some one elses apartment. Troy is a smarta##. they have been trying to install windows for 3 months now. Once you sign the lease your screwed. I regret signing a lease with these lowdown deceiving people.

Do not rent from them at all!! They are lazy when it comes to making requested repairs and if you don't harass them enough, they never get done and then they charge you for them when you move out. They still after 5 months haven't given me a list of what I was charged for nor have they given me a single cent of the security deposit. I have called and asked and they take my name and number and then say they'll call and never do. Avoid them unless you want a dump to live in with crappy landlords.
