I had nothing but problems with them. Took me a month to get the correct lenses. The first pair they sent had a large scratch across them.

No "large" families allowed

This optical center refused to make appointments for more than two children from the same family for the same day, regardless of the age of the children (I have older teenagers). The receptionist was not able to explain the reason for this policy. This is not a family-friendly business, and we will be looking for a new provider.

In the last month my wife has had two pair of glasses returned to C & B for defective lenses. The first pair one lense cracked from the nosepiece toward the center of the lense. After much hassle and a phone call to corporate she waited about two weeks for a replacement pair, this is with C & B warranty.

The second pair chipped on one lense and to date we have been waiting about one week, with a waiting time of up to two weeks. On the second pair C & B would not honor thier warranty, even though it is an obvious manufacturer defect. I myself am employed at Alcoa and we have to get our Safety Glasses from C & B. I will be contacting our Safety and Health Proffesional to let them know our dissatisfaction with C & B. If there is any way to cancel that agreement hopefully I can help make that happen.

Just so you know we have tried to contact the manager and they will not return our call.
