Good luck is all I'll say. They have no online system for applications what so ever, which means you need to physical come in during their business hours and fill one out by hand then hand it to one of the 4 people that work there and hope they transcribe the information you just handed them into their computer system, if they even get that far... lost paperwork is a common issue with them. Of the 35 min I was as the only applicant their they took 2 phone calls lasting less than a minute and two of them verbally demonstrated a complete lack of Microsoft office ability as they couldn't even figure out accel. when I was done all I got was if we don't call you in a week call us... which I've done twice now both calls they had yet to find me in their system and told me to call back at the end of the week again... I have no idea how Subaru even gets new employees with their level of incompetence.
