I ordered a “gift card” online from them and they sent me a stranger’s CREDIT CARD with their social security number. When I questioned it, they sent a picture of the woman with her address, height, weight, and eye color so that I had all the info I needed to use this random woman’s card. WTF? Then, when I refused and mailed the card back, they stopped communicating with me and kept the $313.98. It’s been weeks of radio silence from them. Luckily, I think it’s going to work out because my bank is disputing it with PayPal.

I went in to purchase a Sprint phone for my daughter as a replacement phone. I paid $86 for it, I tried activating it with Sprint customer service and they told me the meid number was not a Sprint phone. The phone kept rebooting with the Android bot all night. I took the phone back and she kept going back and forth with Mr about the phone being a Sprint phone. I also told her the phone kept rebooting and she said people try to jail break phones. I've been with Sprint since 2010!! Why would I ever need or want to jail break a damn phone. She tried to say I couldn't get a full refund, that she would give me a partial refund of $50!!! I took the store credit and she even tried to charge $4 in tax!! My husband told me about her years ago and I promise you these reviews are real she is very unprofessional, rude when it comes to returned merchandise that doesn't work!!!
