I ordered an arrangement that included chocolate strawberries for my daughter and her family. They were very happy & sent me a picture of it. Noticed that there were no chocolate strawberries in it. I double-checked with my daughter and, for some reason, no chocolate strawberries. I notified the store. At first they seemed to think this could not be possible but once they accepted it, they were very apologetic and decent about it. They sent a whole new basket - with chocolate strawberries this time - to my daughter the next day. I highly recommend this business. They are clearly committed to delivering a quality product.
