Booked them for my son's wedding 6 months before the wedding. Bus to take 2 groups of wedding guests to and from the venue. Driver got lost with the first group and didn't get back to pick up the second so they all drove their own cars. After numerous calls, they refunded me 10%! They claimed it was my fault that I didn't notice they had the wrong address. W 300 N instead of N 300 W. But they had the right venue. What is 10% when 50% of the guests didn't get a ride. I will never use them again.
