Provided by YP.comI have not had a return call for the last 3 attempts I have made to contact this office. Today, going by the posted hours, I went to Lafayette to contact a representative personally. The sign on the door indicated that they were not open Saturdays, and their weekday hours were 8 to 5. It has been very difficult to do business with this Lincare and the one in Crown Point
