I have used Locomotive Taxi several times to get home from the hospital. They were there when they said they would be. They made sure I was comfortable because it was either cold or raining. They never took advantage of me even though I was medicated. I even had a driver walk me to my apartment because I was so unsteady. I have had 1 driver I did not like and that is because he was blasting music when I had a severe headache. I would recommend this company.

Great service and very friendly. The car looked and smelled nice. They got me picked up and dropped safely and on time.

The driver was great and the car looked an smelled nice. I will always call them for my service when I need a cab.

I scheduled a 4am pick up from work and the driver NEVER showed. I was standing outside my job for 15 minutes in what feel like -11 degree weather. I am very disappointed in their service.

They don't answer their phones...Late on preset pickups.....They need more drivers to get people to work or dr.appointments.

They have much better looking cars then 4 Star Taxi. Both are about the same price. I took Locomotives once to try it out and he took me around 52 and thought the address was not in town. I would take both again.

This is the best taxi i have rode in. It is very clean and the drives are really nice. Theu know where they are going at all times. The cars look and smell good to if you every need a taxi i would taxi locomotives taxi!

If rather prefer to walk than choosing their service. The driver was very rude over the phone and absolutely showed no respect. Adding to that it was after 3 hour long wait of which the driver kept me waiting outside to freeze for almost 20 mins.

I had a great experience. The taxi was on time, the driver was friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company over other companies.

Locomotive has clean cars, they are cheaper, they take cards (Hey Taxi doesn't), and the drivers are much nicer, they have way much better serving attitude than Hey-Taxi. Last time I had Hey Taxi to drive me to storage, the dude was an asss - hole, and he smoked while driving. Plus their car was old and dirty.
