Thanks for the great work done on the kitchen sinks, we appreciate it. It didn't take long at all... and with the drawer fronts back in place, knives and forks no longer slide out.

I believe I placed the maintenance request for a dead mouse removal on Sunday night and first thing before 9 AM on Monday morning the job was done and looked as though nothing had happened. (even better, actually as the plastic cover for the fluorescent lights appeared to be cleaned as well). I am very happy with the speed and quality of work done. Thank you very much.

I forgot my home keys in my house and i



locked the door. I could not enter back



into my home so I called O'neill office



and a kind man came to help me retreive my



keys. Thank you very much for for all of



the help and kindness. Great service!

I can't believe how quickly they respond to any maintenance issue!! I am very impressed with the great service team. I think Amanda and Megan in the office are fantastic. Always friendly and helpful. Very good people to work with!

The latest awesome service from OPM was fixing my oven in just a couple days. I thought it would have take more than a week to order parts, etc. Very appreciative of their work.

I woke up after hearing a leak and then heard a knock on

the door. I opened up the door to the utility closet to find a main line had sprung open a bit. When my neighbor told me it had leaked to the floor below, I definitely believed him as a water was spraying all over. The maintenance worker did a phenomenal job explaining what had to be done and kept me in the loop from when he first knocked to when he left. To be honest, O'Neil has been incredible whenever I've needed maintenance work or just had questions. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up. I was with Basham last year and now kicking myself that I didn't go with ya'll last year. Thanks!!

The biggest thing I appreciate about O'Neil is that their maintenance is extremely prompt. I have submitted 3 maintenance request and all have been responded to by the next day. They even replaced our dishwasher and dryer because they weren't functioning as they should. Thank you!!

I have been at The Harbor at Southaven for a few months now, and I am quite happy. I have had a few small issues like a leaky faucet, clogged drain, etc... and they were all fixed quickly by great maintenance guys in a timely fashion! The office is great at communicating and will post signs, and send emails when maintenance is going on.

They have been very accommodating. I've been living here since last year. The housing is close to campus. They are very easy to talk to and very helpful. Quick to repair maintenance issues.

I've lived at The Harbour at Southhaven for over 5 years. They have met my needs in everyway. Whenever I had to have a maintenance visit they came within two days. I have enjoyed living a quiet life without all the hassels of some apartment complexes.I really enjoyed having my own garage, laundry room and entrance. It was like living in a house not an apartment. Please check this complex out!
