Manager Jeanine is unwelcoming and unprofessional. Staff members have too much cocky attitude and not enough expertise and experience to back it up. I don't care how much pizazz they have so long as they have knowledge enough to solve my problems.

I find it very rude when your nail technician carry on a full length conversation in their native tongue the entire time they’re doing your nails. Not to mention the technician's craftsmanship was less than standard. I've decided to go without acrylic nails until I return to my home state.



I suggest you not risk the chance of receiving poor service and try a different nail salon.

My husband and son go to the Sport Clips on SR26. They love it - not a bad haircut in almost 2 years! My husband usually gets the upgraded service which they call the MVP. It includes a massage and hot towel which I didn't know anyone still does. Sometimes we'll let our son get the MVP too or at least the hot towel - it makes him feel so much like a big kid. The staff is friendly and the store is clean since it's fairly new. The store is hard to see from 26 because it's hidden behind Mens Warehouse (if you're coming from the east), but it's worth the hunt. My guys don't like sitting in a waiting room with girly magazines and perm solution fumes floating around.
