The service has steadily declined since being bought by West Side Tractor (it was previously Holt Equipment). As the service has went down, the price for simple service has went up.



For a yearly tune-up (oil change, filter change, etc) on a PUSH mower, it routinely takes three to four weeks. This year, they had our mower for about a month, charged us for something that broke (due to their error) and returned our mower without doing the tune-up.



When we returned the mower get the service done, they said it would take a day or two (for a tune-up?!), but still haven't gotten it back to us after four days.



When calling to check on the mower, nobody ever seems to know what is going on. this will be my last time using West Side to service my mower.
