I just paid over $3000 for pirelli tires and Aspen rims and when I got there they installed a much cheaper rim on my car. I told them I did not order that or like it and they asked me to see if I like it in 30 days- I told them I do not want it and did not order it and want a refund and the owner is offering to paint these piece of crap rims I did not order and refused to give my money back. Now I have to file theft charges. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS HERE!

I would like to tell anyone who's looking at this review, DONT go to big wheels !!!! Don't expect any good service from there. Few days ago, i brought my coilovers for them to install, and after several days i went in to get my car and I noticed my ABS light went ON. The shop said it will turn off by itself (which is BS), so i had to tell them to check it for me. After saying their computer won't read, they brought my car to toyota dealership, and they found out one of my ABS sensor is broken, and it cost $358 to replace it. AND here comes the part that really pissed me off. The bigwheels says they did not touch any of my ABS line(so why the lights went on ?? it wasn't on before) , and they will not fix it for me(or pay me), but instead, they'll give me discount on fixing it ( $270 is what they offer me). So yeah, basically if you planning to bring your car in, DON'T! cuz if they break any parts of ur car during the installation, they will not fix it for u, and you will end up paying more money to them.
