Acadiana Krav Maga is the premiere self defense training academy of the Acadiana area. Students learn how to defend themselves against close quarter encounters ranging from empty handed attacks to threats from numerous modern weapons. Utilizing the curriculum created by Imi Sde-Or (founder of Krav Maga) and Eyal Yanilov (head of Krav Maga Global), our Israeli trained instructor's main goal is to get the student prepared for a dangerous encounter be that child vs child, child vs an adult attacker/threat, or adult vs adult. Once the student becomes proficient in defending unarmed attacks, weapons are introduced. As the student progresses, the weapons and situations become more complex, yet the defenses will remain relatively the same. Our goal at Acadiana Krav Maga is to create self defense experts.
