Provided by YP.comTook Timex Dive watch in to have the INDIGLO Night-Light button put back into the watch as it had fallen out. The watch was running, the button needed to be in place to maintain the diving integrity. Ben said he had to make the ring that holds the button in the watch. He called the next day and said that he replaced the ring, but now my watch does not run at all. He said since Timex does not sell their parts, I would have to mail it in to them to be repaired. I asked him, "So, you are not going to take any responsibility for this?" and he replied, "No, because that is not what you brought the watch in for." The claim ticket he gave me only says, "Not responsible for goods left over 60 days." Does not say anything about not being responsible for any additional damages. Mr. Gaspard damaged my watch to the point that it does not run at all and it was working when I dropped it off. He damaged my watch beyond the repair I took it to his shop for and he will accept the responsibility. NEVER GOING BACK!!
